I’m Shakil Mahmud, a founder and product builder. For the last decade I’ve worked at the operational core of fast-scaling companies — and now I build the software and AI systems that run them.

I started in the field, scaling operations for foodpanda, Uber, Shohoz, and Shuttle: onboarding thousands of partners, tightening fulfilment, and learning exactly where businesses break.

Today I run AI Factory — turning that operator’s instinct into AI-native products, full-stack platforms, and automation that ship fast and earn their keep.

I start from the problem, not the tech. I look at a business the way its users and operators do first — what actually slows them down — then design the system that removes it.

I build end to end: product and brand design, full-stack engineering, and the AI layer on top. One person, one accountable line from idea to shipped.

My job isn’t just to make things look good — it’s to make them work, measurably, in the real world.

I don’t chase trends; I use them when they earn their place. The goal is always something distinctive — something people actually remember and want to use.
